Sterling Consulting began operations in 1999 and today offers
HR and Management Consultation for small businesses, Staff
Development and Training, and DOT Compliance services.
Located at 144 Metro Park, across from Monroe Community
College in Rochester, NY, its training facility is comfortable,
centrally located and offers ample free parking.
President Bethanne White, MPA, SPHR, has extensive
management and P&L (Profit & Loss) experience, and is
certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. In
addition, she has over 10 years experience as a Health Care
Administrator. As the Director of a large EAP program, she
was contracted to provide HR management consultation on a
wide range of issues to over 100 companies employing more
than 30,000 employees.
Her work with non-profit Boards includes over 10 years as a publicly elected Trustee of
the Board of the Fairport Public Library. Ms. White is a member of the Society for Human
Resource Management and the Rochester Women's Network. She and her associates are
committed to partnering with you to strengthen the performance of your business.

ASSOCIATES
Marc Natale, MS, CBM is an executive leader with a Bachelor's Degree in
Business Accounting and a Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership. Also a
Certified Business Manager, he was the past Vice President of the New
York State Fiscal Administrators Association. Marc brings strategic and
operational leadership to develop policy and procedure, increase revenue
and improve/turn around business performance. A visionary problem solver,
communicator, and collaborator who achieves performance goals, Marc
incorporates innovative solutions and embraces new strategies and
technology. He serves on the Boards of several local non-profit
organizations in officer capacities and has held leadership positions with
multiple organizations.
John Gebhardt, MS, SPHR has
over 14 years experience as an
HR leader in small manufacturing
businesses, following an early
career in engineering with two
large local employers. In
addition to leading
organizational change initiatives
through innovative HR
practices, his redesign of
benefits and compensation
plans have resulted in reduced
costs and improved employee
productivity and satisfaction.
He has also implemented and
administered ISO 9000 quality
and ITAR export compliance
systems.
Peter Roche, LCSW-R, ACSW has extensive experience in
clinical and emergency/trauma service environments, as well
as management and executive positions. His experience
includes representing management in Collective Bargaining
negotiations and supervison of union employess. Peter has
been a Local, State-Wide and National Training Presenter in
critical topics such as Violence in the Workplace, Managing
Change and Personal Resiliency. He is currently the Co-Chair
of the Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Team, and has
been an emergency responder to multiple community
disasters, including 9/11. Peter has also provided mental
health and educational services to active military personnel
and their families in US and overseas assignments as a
member of the active military.
Mark Haefele has a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations
from Cornell University and has extensive experience
as a Compensation Executive. Mark delivers creative
integrations of business strategy, labor market and
organizational culture - transitioning reward programs
to performance drivers. His experience includes a
focus on attracting, retaining and motivating
executive, professional, administrative and customer
service employees at all levels.
